Minimum window size is too big

On a Surface Book, docking the Fiddle Everywhere window to the left or right corners (using Win+{left|right} arrow) causes the Fiddler window to occupy almost all of the screen, instead of using just 50%.

If I'm trying to watch the network traffic while also looking at a browser window, this setup makes it very had to do so comfortably.

Fiddler should allow its own window to be resized at will and adjust its interface accordingly. For example, we should be able to hide/collapse the Sessions/Requests pane and the inspector pane should also support smaller sizes.
