By "...Sometimes it doesn't open..." do you mean that sometimes it does start? Please try to download and install the latest version (from today, version 1.3.0) and ensure that you have administrative rights to install the application. You could also send us the log files to further investigate the case (delete the files before starting the client to be cleaned from previously logged events).
