The netcore.log file indicates that Fiddler can start and set the OS proxy, but then something else is most likely changing the system proxy, which leads to Fiddler not being able to run correctly anymore.

Check if you have another 3rd-party tool/app that is changing the proxy and turn it off while using Fiddler Everywhere. Before restarting the Fiddler Everywhere client, ensure that the OS system proxy is reset to its default state.

My Fiddler Everywhere seems to not capture anything no matter how many times I reset the root certificate or check the proxy settings. It always shows: "No Sessions to Display" . I've been trying to troubleshoot this problem but I have had no success. I added the netcore.log file as an attachment in case that help solve my problem. I'm hoping to get this fixed fairly quickly! Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
