There are two different UI options to save a captured session in Fiddler Everywhere as follows:

- Using the Save button from the Live Traffic toolbar https://docs.telerik.com/fiddler-everywhere/user-guide/live-traffic/live-traffic#save

- Using the Live Traffic context menu https://docs.telerik.com/fiddler-everywhere/user-guide/live-traffic/live-traffic#live-traffic-context-menu

And alternatively, you could use the Export functionality (again from the context menu) to export captured sessions in SAZ or other know formats.
