HEllo @Nick Iliev. just to be clear I vividly understand you. If the iOS device is not connected to the same network as the fiddler host computer then that remote connection via Proxy wont be possible? in that case is there a way i can connect to my fiddler host computer, when my iOS device is connected to another network?
my computer which has fiddler is connected via LAN and my iOS device is connected Via another network Wifi. is there a way i can capture traffic cuz the proxy server doesnt seem to open on the iOS device.

A mandatory requirement is to have the iOS device and the Fiddler host in the same network. The iOS device should also be recognizable in that network.

Bro i can. Use it for trafic ios in the local but i want use my proxy to caputure trafic ios remotly please help me how ican caputre ios in reomte with my respect fore you
