"A SSLv3-compatible ClientHello handshake was found" when I'm using Android

Good evening everyone. When I try to capture traffic from an android device, I get the message "A SSLv3-compatible ClientHello handshake was found. Fiddler extracted the parameters below" in response. At the same time, there is no such problem on iOS and the service returns the correct response.
What could be the problem? What can i try to fix the situation?

I'm sorry, I don't understand how the message began to look like this.

I will repeat the description of the problem: when trying to capture HTTPS traffic on an Android device, the service returns the message “Found SSLv3-compatible ClientHello handshake. Fiddler extracted the following parameters. " At the same time, this problem does not exist on devices with iOS.

How can I solve this problem?
